• Shire Services Job Vacancy - Assistant Cook
  Shire Services require an Assistant Cook to help prepare & serve meals. 22.50 hours per week, Mon-Fri, Term time only. Rate of pay; £8.69. To apply go to www.shropshire.gov.uk/jobs-and-careers. Job number: SS18/093.
• PTA Donation Drive
  On the first Monday of every month at drop-off/pick-up times please bring in good quality unwanted uniform, toys, books, bricabrac, tombola/raffle prizes, wine etc. These can be left in the school foyer. Thank you.
• Poppy Appeal 2018
  A variety of poppy merchandise is on sale in the School Office. Pencils, pencil sharpeners, erasers, (suggested donation 50p), rulers and snap bands (suggested donation £1.00). Stick on poppies are also available for a minimum donation of 20p.
• Badgers Class Swimming Lesson - CANCELLED
  Due to staff illness we have unfortunately had to cancel the swimming lesson which was due to take place on Tuesday 23rd October, 2018 for children in Badgers Class.
• TV Social Experiment; Parenting Techniques
  TV company Monkey Kingdom are currently casting Parents for a brand new TV social experiment for a major UK broadcaster. They want to hear from parents who are confident in their parenting technique, who are proud of the way they raise their children.
• PTA Cimema Night
  'Thank you' to everyone who attended the Cinema Night on Friday 12th October. It was a great night & a fantastic £536.67 has been raised for school funds! Also a special 'thank you' to the Sutton Farm Co-op who donated Pizzas for the event.
• National Poetry Day 2018
  We will be celebrating National Poetry Day on Thursday 4th October, 2018 by holding a school assembly at 2.30pm. Parents and Carers are welcome to attend to listen to some of the children recite poems. Children in Reception will not be taking part.
• NSPCC Sponsorship
  The children have been taking part in a 'Buddy Mile' during the school day & have been given an NSPCC sponsorship form. If you would like to sponsor your child/children please return the form & money to school by the morning of Tuesday 2nd October, 2018.
• PTA Cinema Night
  On Friday 12th October, 2018 the PTA are having a cinema night showing Paddington 2 from 3.30pm to 6.00pm. The cost is £3.00 per child to include Pizza & Popcorn!
• PTA Car Boot/Jumble Sale
  'Thank you' to everyone who donated items or attended the sale on Saturday 22nd September, 2018; a fantastic £233.47 has been raised for school funds.
