Thank you to the children who took part in Mereside’s World Cup Festival – this was an opportunity to celebrate the worldwide event which is taking place at the moment and to raise money for new sport equipment...

Below are some pictures from the year 4, 5 and 6 festivals. Thank you to the year 6s who helped Mr Hignett by refereeing the matches for year 4 and 5s – they did a great job!
House points have been awarded to all participants taking part for their passion and teamwork shown during the matches.
